Cancellation Policy – Himalayan Ways Travel

• 24 hours before trip start: No charges

• 12 hours before trip start: 20% of the total fare will be charged

• Less than 6 hours before trip start: 50% of the total fare will be charged

• If the trip has already started or the guide/vehicle has reached the pickup location: Full charges apply

Refund Policy – Himalayan Ways 

• Refunds for online or advance payments are processed within 2–3 business days.

• If the cancellation is due to an issue on our side (vehicle, guide, or itinerary), a full refund will be provided.
